Ben founded Public Properties in 1995 pursuant to an assignment at the General Services Administration, National Capital Region, supporting the leasing and procurement of special projects for agency customers. Ben drives the day-to-day operations of the firm in Washington, DC, and New Orleans, with a particular focus on third party client relations and development, partnering opportunities, government affairs and developing complimentary business lines for client growth. Ben also oversees existing firm business to include agency and private sector clients.
Ben received a Bachelor of Science in General Business Administration from Louisiana State University and a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from Johns Hopkins University.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Ben dedicates his time to nonprofits, providing education and community services. Additionally, he actively supports veteran causes and cancer-related initiatives, showcasing his commitment to impactful philanthropy.

A tenured leader in the government real estate sector, Brad manages the firm’s transactions,client relations and staff. His technical and financial expertise ensures successful implementation, negotiation and management of lease projects nationwide, from land acquisition to lease occupancy.

He oversees an experienced acquisition team facilitating federal procurements for VA and GSA ranging in size from 3,000 SF to 200,000 SF throughout the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Tim earned a Bachelor of Arts in Print Journalism from American University and a Master of Science in Finance from Georgetown University. He also completed an executive program on negotiation strategy and conflict resolution at the University of Southern California. She currently manages the firm’s GSA high value post award construction projects. Kristen works extensively with numerous federal agencies including GSA, Department of Justice (DOJ), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), United States Secrete Service (USSS), and US Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

With 11 years of Project Management and Corporate Real Estate experience, Ingrid focuses exclusively on managing the firm’s post lease award construction projects for Federal Agencies. Ingrid has worked with several federal agencies including GSA, US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), US Secret Service (USSS), US Citizen and Immigration Services (CIS), US Marshals Service (USMS), US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and US Department of Agriculture (USDA). Ingrid’s experience includes the construction of office, laboratory, and manufacturing facilities for the healthcare industry.
Ingrid received her MBA from Nova Southeastern University in Florida and holds an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering. She is a certified Project Manager (PMP) and holds the Masters in Corporate Real Estate (MCR) designation from CoreNet Global. Ingrid speaks Spanish, French, and Italian, and has used her project management and language skills in assisting corporations.

Brian has project management experience across the construction industry, from working with a large general contractor to working as a federal contractor for the Department of Justice (DOJ). He also spent several years working as an owner's representative in the healthcare industry, managing office builds, clinic builds, and complex hospital renovations.
